Datos Insights, a research and advisory firm working with the banking, insurance and securities industries, has recognized Regions as a gold winner of the 2025 Datos Impact Award for best innovation in product development.

The Datos awards recognize companies that are pioneering breakthrough solutions that transform how businesses manage their financial operations and transactions.

Regions was specifically recognized for the launch of Regions Embedded ERP Finance, a Treasury Management solution that seamlessly connects clients’ financial data to their own enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems. By integrating directly with common ERP platforms, like Workday®1, Oracle NetSuite®1 and more, this solution provides clients with access to review financial accounts and data in real-time within their own operational systems, eliminating the need for manual data uploading and processing. Regions launched the solution earlier this year.

“Regions prioritizes investments in technology that drive innovation to help our business clients do more,” said Bryan Ford, head of Regions Treasury Management. “Our Treasury Management division has experienced record growth over the last several years, and we believe that’s the result of a positive client experience and consistent innovation in delivering quality solutions our clients need to manage operations and grow. Payments are moving faster than ever before, and Regions Embedded ERP Finance is an important innovation Regions is proud to provide clients to help maximize their cash flow management strategies.”

“The Datos Insights Impact Awards celebrate the innovations that are truly transforming commercial banking and payments,” added Erika Baumann, Practice Director, Commercial Banking and Payments, for Datos Insights. “We recognize financial institutions and innovative fintech vendors implementing breakthrough solutions in AI, customer experience, product development, and more—setting new standards of excellence while delivering measurable value to the financial operations of businesses large and small."

Regions Embedded ERP Finance is powered by Koxa. The solution was developed through a strategic combination of internally developed capabilities at Regions and collaboration with Koxa. It utilizes open banking principles to establish a secure direct connection that enables real-time data transmission and synchronization that, in turn, helps clients with operational efficiency and strategic business capabilities.

“Regions Embedded ERP Finance is massively improving client workflows,” said Koxa co-founder and Chief Technology Officer Camellia George. “It’s been incredible to hear clients describe the hours saved using Regions Embedded ERP Finance, and we are proud of the Datos Impact Award honoring its development. Regions is constantly improving the client experience and investing in its treasury platform, and we look forward to working with them on additional benefits in the future.”

Regions Embedded ERP Finance is part of a series of new and enhanced products and services Regions Treasury Management has announced in the last few years. In 2026, Regions will launch more resources designed to make payables and receivables easier for businesses to automate and manage. Additionally, Regions will introduce further capabilities to Regions Embedded ERP Finance, including ACH transfers, wire transfers, real-time payments, account transfers and more.
