High Voltage EMF Electrotherapy Device Based On Lakhovsky Theories Launched

The Integrity Research Institute has announced the release of the PREMIER 2000, an advanced experimental device developed to explore the interaction between electromagnetic fields and biological systems.

-- Developed by biophysicist Thomas Valone, Ph.D., P.E., the PREMIER 2000 is based on the 20th-century radiobiology theories of Georges Lakhovsky, who proposed that living cells operate at natural frequencies and can benefit from precise electromagnetic stimulation. The device integrates these concepts into a high-voltage, multiwave oscillator engineered for scientific research in electromedicine and bioelectromagnetics.

The PREMIER 2000 utilizes a 250-kilovolt Tesla coil system to generate a wide range of electromagnetic frequencies, spanning from extremely low frequency (ELF) to the gigahertz range. Built using concentric rings composed of segmented gold, silver, and copper loops, mounted on transparent Lexan panels, this design facilitates the emission of multiwave signals intended to support investigations into cellular resonance phenomena.

Valone, who is the author of Bioelectromagnetic Healing, explains that the device builds on Lakhovsky’s 1925 assertion that cells require optimal vibrational amplitudes to resist pathological influences. "Electrons are antioxidants," Valone states, summarizing the foundational principle behind the PREMIER 2000's mechanism of action.

The device measures 12 inches by 12 inches by 30 inches and weighs approximately 20 pounds. It features a visible spark gap emission system, see-through side panels, and is encased in insulating vinyl for operational safety.

About Integrity Research Institute

Integrity Research Institute, a Maryland-based nonprofit organization, is dedicated to scientific research in sustainable energy, advanced propulsion, and bioenergetic systems.

As public and academic interest in bioelectromagnetics continues to expand, the PREMIER 2000 is positioned as a tool for institutions and researchers conducting studies in radiobiology and cellular frequency analysis.

The PREMIER 2000 is classified strictly as a research tool and has not been reviewed or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. Integrity Research Institute emphasizes that it is not intended for therapeutic use and does not claim to treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.
